A surge in new listings and strong sales activity indicates that a busy spring and summer selling season is here now.
In the last 2 weeks I am witnessing multiple offers, over the list price, and at the current interest rates. Industry analysts are now questioning if rates will come down, and predicting if rates do dip, demand will then push prices even more aggressively up.
